A Bayesian model for multibreed genomic selection with heterogeneous covariance

This talk introduced mbBayesAS for multibreed joint evaluation. The method treats the same trait in different breeds as genetically correlated traits, partitions chromosomes using linkage disequilibrium information, and estimates genomic breeding values through Bayesian sampling.
