考虑协方差异质的多品种基因组选择贝叶斯模型

介绍了一种新的多品种联合评估方法mbBayesAS。该方法将来不同品种的同一性状视为存在遗传相关的不同性状,基于连锁不平衡信息将染色体划分为不重叠的片段,并假设同一片段内的标记遵循相同的正态分布,模型中未知参数均通过吉布斯抽样获得,最终估计得到个体基因组育种值
