本研究提出了一种基于连锁不平衡(LD)区块划分并显式建模异质遗传(协)方差的多品种基因组预测新模型 mbBayesABLD。通过模拟数据及猪和菜豆真实数据验证,mbBayesABLD 在多品种联合预测中显著优于 GBLUP 和 BayesR,并在小规模品种中实现了预测准确性的明显提升。
